As self-employed business owners, we’re often tempted by societal pressure to be “on” 24/7. But we believe deeply in the power of rest, self-care, and boundaries. And we encourage you to do the same.

The nature of our work sometimes necessitates that we work evenings and weekends, but we also strive to recoup that “off” time later.

In general, our “office hours” are when we’re reachable and quickest to respond to emails.

No phone number?

In the earlier years of our business, we had a public-facing phone number and spent way too much time dealing with spammers and scammers. Because of our commitment to keeping our pricing fair and approachable for working artists and small businesses, we decided that dealing with that was not worth our time.

We ask that all booking requests and initial questions come via email or our online booking forms. If, during our communications, a need for a phone call arises, we can set that up.
